2021 Events
Our UK AAPS Chapter’s mission is to enhance research and employment opportunities by fostering interactions between students, faculty, alumni and visitors. More specifically we aim at increasing student participation in AAPS activities, providing updated information on advances in the pharmaceutical sciences and career opportunities, promoting outreach activities and creating opportunities for professional advancement.

Bring a side dish or dessert to share. We will provide a main dish and bottled water.
If you are unvaccinated, you must wear a mask. If you are vaccinated, you should consider wearing a mask while not eating.
All are welcome. You may bring family and significant others as well. Additionally, it is a dog friendly park (leashes are required).

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced everyone to develop new and innovative ways of holding events. Our 2020 AAPS Chair Rupinder Kaur, stood up to the challenge by organizing monthly virtual coffee sessions with pharmaceutical professionals. These sessions gave UK College of Pharmacy students, staff, and faculty a chance to network and ask industry leaders questions. This series will continue into 2021 with our first guest Dr. Nico Setiawan.
