2023 Events

 Our UK AAPS Chapter’s mission is to enhance research and employment opportunities by fostering interactions between students, faculty, alumni and visitors. More specifically we aim at increasing student participation in AAPS activities, providing updated information on advances in the pharmaceutical sciences and career opportunities, promoting outreach activities and creating opportunities for professional advancement.

Mini Golf!

We hosted a welcome back event before the start of the school year inviting new and old students to hang out. We had a friendly competition in mini golf!

Eli Lilly Visit

August 2, 2023

In August, our chapter had a great opportunity to visit the Eli Lilly campus in Indianapolis, IN. Our Treasurer, Claire DeWeese, planned this event for us! We were able to hear more about the company as well as from a panel of scientists who currently work there. They also gave us a tour of the labs and of the company campus. It was a great visit! Thank you to Eli Lilly for having us!
